Law is an exciting course - it includes fascinating modules looking at various aspects of the Law as it relates to criminal and civil liability and personal injury. The course provides a practical, real-world approach to learning and is a fantastic preparation for a career in Law.

The varied programme of study takes place over a two year period, enabling you to develop a range of skills, techniques and personal attributes which are essential tools for solicitors of the future.

BTEC courses are not examination based qualifications and the assessment process is ongoing, so it allows you to analyse and improve your own performance as the course progresses. You will experience a supportive learning environment with a student-centred approach to learning which will help you develop the skills required for higher level studies and employment.

During the course you will be introduced to the key aspects of the English legal system and the main areas of substantive law within it. The modules that you will study can include:
